• The education level and subject area you're enquiring about
• Any details you include in your message or WhatsApp enquiry
• The date and time you select when booking a free lesson

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver tutoring lessons, and keep in touch with you about your sessions. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we will never share it with third parties except the service providers below.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service. Your data may be processed by:

• Google (Gmail) — delivers contact-form enquiries to our inbox
• Cal.com and Zoom — schedule your booking and host the online lesson
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there
• Vercel — hosts this website

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and lesson details only as long as needed to provide the service and for our own records, and no longer than is reasonably necessary. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Cookies

Our own site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The embedded booking calendar (Cal.com) may set cookies needed for it to function when you interact with it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
